Job summary

Jay Staffing Partners is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist for a growing technology organization. You will lead enterprise technology implementations, translate business requirements into technical plans, and work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, business acumen, and communication abilities, with travel up to 30% and schedules demanding 60-65 hours weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience in consulting, business operations, technical project delivery, software implementation, or related customer-facing role.
• Experience implementing technology solutions in business or enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with interest in emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into actionable solutions.
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, SQL, SaaS, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise technology implementations from discovery through deployment and optimization.
• Partner with customers to understand requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
• Translate objectives and business processes into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams for project execution.
• Manage customer relationships, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.
• Coordinate multiple engagements while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Support standardized implementation procedures and documentation.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support activities.
