Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 10 years in software engineering, technology operations or related roles.
• 6 years of people management supervising engineers and managers.
• Experience leading multiple teams and accountability for delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services for strategic objectives.
• Lead engineering managers, ensure production reliability and service performance.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security and business leaders to improve execution and reliability.
