Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Enterprise Data Strategy Lead in Morristown, NJ to shape the multi-year data roadmap across R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial functions. You will lead agile teams, align with global and local stakeholders, and translate data needs into strategic roadmaps that drive brand and market access decisions.

The role requires strong data strategy experience in pharma, with GTM analytics and data governance, plus the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and deliver impact

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
4+ years in pharma or biopharma with GTM insights, analytics, or Launch Excellence.
2+ years in data strategy or RWD/RWE leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy with multi-year roadmaps that prioritize insights and analytics.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize data requirements and use cases.
Identify and evaluate commercial and real-world data sources for fitness-for-purpose.
Conduct enterprise-wide data and analytics assessments and gap analyses.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and investment governance to optimize data investments.
