Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Data Strategy to align data, analytics, and training with business goals. You will shape the enterprise reporting roadmap, define standards, and ensure trusted data assets across teams.

The role partners with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable analytics initiatives. You will oversee design, delivery, and handoff to developers, while driving governance and training programs to boost data literacy and enable self-service analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field with client-facing work.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) including design and semantic modeling.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating training materials or enablement programs.
• Prior consulting experience bridging technical delivery and business strategy.
• Experience establishing enterprise-wide reporting standards and governance.
• Familiarity with third-party data sources and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and analytics roadmap.
• Set organization-wide design standards and reusable components.
• Translate business questions into scoped analytics initiatives.
• Oversee handoff to report builders and provide design consulting.
• Develop training materials and enablement programs.
• Maintain a central library of templates, logos, and design elements.
• Drive user training to boost data literacy and self-service analytics.
