Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product management with cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking across stakeholders.
• CSPO/SAFe certifications preferred; balance tech feasibility with business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products.
• Collaborate with IT leaders, analytics, and data engineers to translate needs into requirements.
• Standardize metrics definitions for reliable, decision-ready insights.
• Ensure data products meet quality, security, governance standards.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery to production and optimization.
• Drive adoption and measure value of data products.
• Communicate strategy and progress to IT executives and senior management.
• Apply agile and product management best practices.
