Job summary

HellermannTyton Corporation seeks a Manager, Enterprise Data & Reporting to lead a team delivering BI, governance, and data quality across North America. You will translate the data strategy into day-to-day execution, partnering with stakeholders and ensuring accurate, accessible data to support AI and automation initiatives.

You will drive standardization, release management, and adoption of metrics, while aligning master data with ERP and Fabric platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive BI, data management, governance, or analytics experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering BI, reporting, or data quality solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on with Power BI and familiarity with modern analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle) and data structures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and developers.
• Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to data strategy.
• Manage capacity, workload, and sprint planning for data initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, continuous-learning culture focused on quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Oversee enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI and Fabric.
• Drive data governance, quality remediation, and master data stewardship.
