Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in data management, governance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance programs.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and govern the Bank's enterprise data strategy and governance operating model.
• Establish KPIs, policies, standards, and governance frameworks for data assets.
• Lead enterprise data architecture, modernization, and data product management initiatives.
• Oversee data quality, metadata, lineage, and lifecycle management across the organization.
• Enable responsible AI adoption with robust data controls and governance.
