Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise analytics.
• Experience in a multi-entity business context comparable to CECO.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chair and facilitate the Data & AI Governance Working Group.
• Own and maintain the enterprise KPI registry.
• Design and execute a structured change management plan.
