Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise storage administration, infrastructure architecture, or systems engineering.
• 3+ years designing enterprise storage solutions.
• Experience with HyperConverged storage platforms including Nutanix, VMware VSAN, Azure Local Storage and SAN/NAS/Object storage.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and storage security/compliance.
• Proficiency with cloud storage (Azure, AWS, Google) and data protection technologies.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise storage architectures across SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud storage.
• Develop scalable storage strategies to support growth and modernization.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of storage technologies and vendors.
• Architect backup, DR, and data retention solutions.
• Collaborate with infra, cloud, security, DB, and app teams to meet requirements.
• Optimize capacity, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Define storage standards, governance, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and admins.
• Support data center and cloud migrations and modernization.
