Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an ISG Solution Architect to drive field sales for the Data Center portfolio, partnering with customers, sales teams and ecosystem partners to design, position and deliver tailored Data Center solutions that solve complex business challenges.

This highly customer-facing role requires deep technical expertise and solutions selling skills, building trusted relationships from technical practitioners to executive leadership, and guiding end-to-end deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to Csuite executives.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and solution content to a broad customer audience.
• Architect end-to-end Data Center solutions using Lenovo products, services, and partner technologies.
• Support and drive sales objectives to meet or exceed bookings and revenue targets.
• Serve as the technical author and subject matter expert for RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses.
• Lead configurations, demonstrations, and interoperability discussions to meet customer requirements.
• Manage and support customer proof-of-concept (PoC) and proof-of-technology (PoT) engagements.
• Represent Lenovo at industry trade shows, events, seminars, and customer briefings.
• Ensure successful deployment of sold solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience postsale.
