Job summary
Janney-Montgomery-Scott-LLC is seeking an experienced Data Engineering & Operations Leader to drive the firm's data platforms strategy and execution. You will partner with technology, security, architecture, and business leaders to define roadmaps and ensure scalable, secure data delivery across reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years leading enterprise data engineering and platform teams.
- Experience designing cloud-based data platforms.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders.
- Financial services domain preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise data platform architecture and roadmap.
- Oversee data pipelines, platforms, and production operations.
- Establish standards, DevOps practices, and service reliability.
- Lead delivery models with internal teams and partners.
- Partner with CDO, Security, and EA to meet standards.
