Janney-Montgomery-Scott-LLC is seeking a Data Solutions & Enablement Leader to drive trusted data capabilities, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across the firm. You will report to the Chief Data Officer and partner with Business, Digital PM, Technology, Operations, and Finance to translate priorities into scalable data solutions that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, analytics, BI, and enablement.
Partner with executives to understand priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Establish demand management, prioritization, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Translate requirements into scalable data capabilities and enterprise roadmaps.
Lead the Enterprise Data organization as the primary business relationship owner.
Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
Set standards for BI, analytics, models, and data capability management.
Modernize reporting, reduce duplication, and ensure consistency across solutions.
Lead Data & BI capability owners and Architects to ensure aligned requirements and design.
Promote reusable data assets and standardized business definitions.
Establish product-oriented delivery focusing on adoption and measurable outcomes.
Develop metrics to measure adoption, value realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Foster data literacy and effective use of enterprise analytics.
Attract and retain talent capable of scaling enterprise data capabilities.
