Job summary

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC seeks a Data Program Management Leader to translate strategic data priorities into coordinated, well-governed initiatives. You will partner with Data Leadership, Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and the enterprise PMO to drive planning and execution across the Enterprise Data portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IS, technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 8–10 years leading complex enterprise programs or portfolios across Business and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated Enterprise Data portfolio ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate portfolio planning with Data Leadership, Business, Technology, and enterprise PMO.
• Monitor performance, identify delivery risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support annual and quarterly planning and portfolio prioritization.
