Job summary

NexusOne is seeking a Customer-embedded Technical Counterpart focused on solution architecture and technical advisory. Your role will involve collaboration with senior engineers and architects at customer sites, ensuring alignment across technical operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10-16 years of experience in enterprise cloud architecture and hands-on expertise in the OSS data stack.

This position will require being on-site primarily in Charlotte, NC, and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years in enterprise data/cloud architecture as an SA, principal engineer, TAM, or equivalent.
• Experience with a Tier 1 enterprise customer engagement.
• Hands-on depth in modern OSS data stack.
• Technical go-to person at prior vendor engagement.
• Willingness to be on-site at the customer in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Act as the NX1 technical voice across customer’s daily technical operations.
• Establish architectural credibility with senior engineers.
• Translate between customer’s technical reality and NX1’s engineering team.
• Maintain working relationships with customer’s technical middle layer.
