Job summary

Nexus Cognitive Technologies is looking for a customer-embedded technical counterpart for a flagship enterprise account in Atlanta. You'll serve as the trusted advisor navigating the complexities of implementing NX1 within the customer's environment.

The role combines solution architecture and TAM-like responsibilities with a focus on technical advisory. Candidates should have 10–16 years of experience in data/cloud architecture and a strong background in relevant technologies like Kubernetes and Spark.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years in enterprise data/cloud architecture.
• Experience in embedded engagement at Tier 1 enterprise customers.
• Hands-on experience with the modern OSS data stack.
• Proven track record of being a technical go-to person.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory across customer operations.
• Maintain relationships with the customer's technical teams.
• Route technical escalations efficiently.
