ManpowerGroup, parent to Experis and Talent Solutions, seeks a Data Governance Lead in Cleveland, OH to build and scale an enterprise governance program aligned with analytics and AI initiatives.

You will work with business and technology partners to set governance standards, improve data quality, and create a trusted data foundation enabling strategic outcomes. This senior role reports to executive leadership and drives governance adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading data governance or enterprise data programs.
• Experience with data quality, metadata management, and stewardship.
• Proven ability to drive adoption across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise data governance program, driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of governance capabilities across business and technology teams.
• Establish and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes related to data quality, metadata management, classification, ownership, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and govern critical business data elements by defining ownership, quality controls, monitoring practices, and data stewardship responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise metadata assets, including data dictionaries, business glossaries, lineage documentation, and governance frameworks that support analytics and AI initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive governance adoption, manage organizational change, and establish operational governance practices, reporting, and performance metrics.
