Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America seeks a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead global data architecture, design, governance, and the Databricks-based data platform. You will integrate SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, e-commerce, and other sources, translating business needs into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, engineering, data management, or related field.
• 15+ years in data architecture/engineering and enterprise integration.
• Expert SQL and Python for large-scale data pipelines.
• Experience with ERP/CRM data sources (SAP, Dynamics) and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture for global enterprise data environment.
• Lead ETL/ELT pipelines across SAP, CRM, e-commerce and more.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and data-processing standards.
• Define data-modeling standards for raw to analytics layers.
• Serve as senior technical authority for data architecture and standards.
• Develop knowledge transfer and training materials.
