Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead the architecture, design, and evolution of its global data environment. You will oversee the Databricks-based data platform, integrating SAP, CRM, e-commerce, and other sources while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

You will set patterns and standards, mentor regional teams, and partner with IT, analytics, and business units to deliver data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field; master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data architecture/engineering or related fields.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Senior architect/lead level experience and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain technical architecture for global enterprise data environment, including Databricks lakehouse.
• Lead ETL/ELT pipeline design across SAP, CRM, e-commerce, and other sources.
• Establish data-modeling standards and support reporting, analytics, AI, and business planning.
• Provide technical leadership and establish architecture principles and standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
