Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Strategy Principal Director to shape enterprise data strategies and lead transformations for major clients in the US. You will build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and design AI-first roadmaps that unlock growth and resilience.

The role requires deep experience in data management, responsible AI, and program leadership, with a track record of delivering large-scale client engagements and driving business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 10+ years in Data & AI Strategy Space including Data Management, Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data and AI Strategy Space with data management, analysis and responsible AI.
• At least 7 years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal experience and 7 years of leading workstreams and large-scale delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing Data & AI into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization including technology and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
• Originate new opportunities and see through the sales cycle.
