The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data governance and strong program management capabilities, making a significant impact on CECO's data transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data governance or related function.
• At least 3 years in a Data Governance Lead or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate CECO’s Data & AI Governance framework.
• Chair the L3 Governance Working Group.
• Own and maintain the enterprise KPI registry.
