Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking a Lead DAS Technician III to join our nationwide team. This 100% travel role leads installation crews, ensures safety and CTS standards, and collaborates with Field and Project Managers across all phases of DAS, Small Cell and private wireless projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in DAS installations, strong RF knowledge, and a track record mentoring technicians. We offer full-time salaried employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of DAS installation or equivalent wireless infra experience.
• Experience leading installation crews in commercial wireless environments.
• Strong knowledge of coaxial cable installation, termination, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation crews for DAS, Small Cell, and Private Wireless projects nationwide.
• Travel full-time to customer sites across the United States.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices; supervise field activities and safety.
