Job summary

Chainguard, a leader in secure open source software, seeks a Customer Success Manager for enterprise customers. You will own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption, coordinating with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver time-to-value.

This role requires 5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles with strong security domain knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles (CSM, Professional Services, TAM)
• Experience coordinating with sales, engineering, and product teams
• Strong understanding of security, supply chain, and DevSecOps concepts
• Demonstrated ability to own customer portfolios and drive value

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, implementation, and adoption for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
• Act as voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs across internal teams.
• Lead value realization, risk management, and escalation when needed.
• Develop hands-on product knowledge and educate customers on features and security principles.
• Build relationships with stakeholders from technicians to CISOs and drive renewals.
