Typeform is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Enterprise customers. This role is remote in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in the ET Timezone.

You will drive activation, adoption, retention, and expand usage while partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. The role offers a base salary range of $65,000—$95,000 USD with a 5–10% bonus opportunity, reflecting location and level.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or a customer relationship management role.
• Preference for SaaS company experience.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Track record of expansions and renewals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and data-driven, with ability to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers at key lifecycle moments to understand needs and coach them on Typeform.
• Introduce opportunities to expand usage and optimize experiences.
• Use internal tools to monitor health, usage metrics, and progress.
• Support customers when they drop engagement, nurture usage, mitigate risk.
• Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate renewals.
• Deliver account reviews and share trends with leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth journey and provide feedback.
