Job summary

Typeform is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our Enterprise customers. You’ll partner with new and existing Enterprise accounts to drive activation, adoption, retention and lasting partnerships, leveraging internal tools to monitor health and expansion opportunities.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to ensure a smooth journey, deliver account reviews, and help customers realize value from Typeform’s SaaS platform. Remote role in the US.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or a customer relationship management type role with a preference for prior experience working in a SaaS company.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of expansions and renewals and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers at key moments in their lifecycle to understand needs and coach them on how Typeform can reach goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and negotiate/close renewals.
• Monitor customer health, usage metrics, and progress using internal tools.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth journey and provide feedback for content, program, and product development.
