Job summary

Narratize Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts from onboarding through renewal, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

In this remote-first role, you will build playbooks, coordinate with R&D, product, IT and marketing, and guide customers to value realization, with equity consideration and close collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional client-facing enterprise/mid-market experience.
• Experience in SaaS or AI/ML field.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with executive audiences.
• Experience using CS tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Amplitude.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise relationships and serve as primary contact for a portfolio of accounts.
• Lead ongoing success check-ins with a proactive cadence.
• Design and monitor onboarding plans to drive platform adoption and value.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to relay customer feedback.
• Build scalable CS processes and maintain thorough account documentation.
