The Role
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage Enterprise and select Strategic customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their portfolio. This role focuses on driving business outcomes across Ncontracts solutions, ensuring revenue retention and uncovering expansion opportunities. The manager will maintain structured engagement, including executive Business Reviews, to understand customer objectives and support long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise & Strategic clients throughout their post-sales journey, including kickoff, adoption, renewals, and advocacy.
  • Recommend business processes to accelerate adoption, retention, expansion, and value achievement, while identifying and resolving risks.
  • Stay updated on evolving product and service offerings for high-touch Enterprise and Strategic clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and other teams to drive outcomes.
  • Monitor customer base and work with the account team on growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic Business Reviews.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of SaaS solutions and related services.
  • Understand customer business outcomes and market environment to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or a senior client-facing role at a SaaS organization.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-Suite executives.
  • Proven influence and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and eager to learn new tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands efficiently.
  • Team-oriented, results-driven, and customer-focused.

Compensation
The pay range is $85,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience, education, and location. The role may include an annual discretionary incentive based on performance.
