Opal Security & Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to own the technical experience after the sale. You will implement, troubleshoot, and teach customers to run Opal confidently, coordinating with the Strategic CSM for executive relationships.

You'll lead end-to-end deployments, manage identity providers, provisioning, and integrations (SCIM, Terraform, API). Strong communication and process-building skills are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Expertise in identity and access management (SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsabilidades

• Be the technical owner of customers' experience after the sale, handling complex issues.
• Drive technical adoption and enablement across teams and customers.
• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, including identity provider setup and provisioning.
• Create and publish runbooks, guides, and troubleshooting articles.
• Define severities, escalation paths, and implement playbooks for support.
• Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
