Job summary

Medix is seeking a senior program leader to own and nurture executive-level relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and successful on-site visits and audits. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team across PMs and cross-functional functions to meet strategic goals and financial targets.

The role emphasizes P&L oversight, hunting for expansion opportunities, and resolving escalations to maintain customer trust and site performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as executive-level point of contact for key customers; own long-term relationships and lead on-site visits and audits.
• Directly lead and develop a team of three PMs and two Associate PMs; drive performance and professional growth.
• Lead cross-functional site teams (Quality, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering) to meet timelines, prioritize execution, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee program P&L; partner with Business Development to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue within existing accounts.
• Lead escalation for operational and commercial issues, using structured problem-solving to protect customer trust and facility performance.

Job description

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary, executive-level point of contact for key customers. Own the long-term customer relationship, navigate complex account discussions, and lead on-site customer visits and audits.
• Team Leadership & People Management: Directly lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Program Managers and two Associate PMs. Drive team performance, strategic alignment, and professional growth.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Lead and influence cross-functional site teams—including Quality, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to maintain project timelines, prioritize operational execution, and resolve bottlenecks.
• P&L & Business Growth: Oversee program P&L performance. Partner closely with Business Development teams to identify expansion opportunities, upsell capabilities, and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
• Executive Escalation & Escalation Management: Serve as the first line of leadership escalation for operational and commercial customer issues, using structured problem-solving to protect both customer trust and facility performance.
