Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales required.
• Natural leader with self-starter mentality and willingness to leverage AI to learn new segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site deployments within target named accounts and ensure Time-to-Value is immediate.
• Map stakeholders from frontline to regional leadership to set strategy for long-term account scaling.
• Drive revenue momentum by expanding within initial locations and gaining access to broader organizations.
• Advocate cross-functionally to shape product roadmap and GTM strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering.
• Be proactive in field presence and jump on opportunities to ensure pilot success and high utilization.
