Onside is seeking a customer success professional to manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise agribusinesses, ensuring they realise value from our platform. You’ll set goals with customers, drive renewals, and coordinate with sales for upsell opportunities.

You’ll use usage data to prioritise actions, build success plans with senior stakeholders, and shape our roadmap with feedback from the field.

Formación

• Experience helping mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS customers realise value.
• A track record of customers who renew year after year.
• Experience lifting adoption across multi-site customers.
• Comfort using health and usage data to set priorities.
• Confidence building success plans with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise agribusinesses; help realise value from Onside.
• Set renewal goals and demonstrate return to customers before renewals.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to upsell when appropriate.
• Gather feedback to influence product roadmap and prioritise customer success initiatives.
