Job summary

Forward Networks is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for its Enterprise team. You will deliver world-class post-sales technical leadership to a diverse client base and work remotely in the NY/NJ area.

The role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing post-sales engineering capacity within networking or related software, and willingness to travel up to 10%. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful adoption and value realization of the Forward Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing post-sales engineering role in networking or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class post-sales technical leadership to enterprise clients.
• Own post-sales technical issues and document resolution steps.
• Guide customers through adoption of Forward Platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
