Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Digital Content Strategy & Optimization Lead to own the content roadmap, elevate high-visibility experiences, and drive conversion across prospect and member journeys. You will write, edit, publish, and optimize content with governance across product, UX, marketing, analytics, compliance, and technology teams.

The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on writing, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering timely, compliant digital experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, UX, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital content strategy, digital writing, web publishing, or content optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Proven ability to write, edit, produce, and publish conversion-focused content for major digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise digital content optimization roadmap and measurable outcomes across the portfolio.
• Lead content development for high-priority initiatives, partnering with Product, UX, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology.
• Serve as senior writer, editor, producer, and publisher for prospect- and member-facing experiences.
• Direct content workstreams across cross-enterprise programs to align goals and release timing.
• Set editorial standards, governance, and publishing practices for timely, compliant content.
