Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or regulatory oversight.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of governance, risk and compliance tech is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support updates to the Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment standards and procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert to assist Risk Owners and Oversight Functions.
• Perform quality assurance to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop status and management reports for senior audiences.
• Lead/participate in enterprise-wide regulatory change initiatives and governance tasks.
