Stord is the Consumer Experience Company, powering seamless checkout through delivery for today's leading brands. We are seeking a Program Manager, Compliance to scale enterprise programs across OSHA, EPA, GMP, GDP, and adjacent regimes within a growing network.

You will design written programs, audit frameworks, and governance, while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to ensure readiness for regulated customer accounts and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience 7+ years in regulatory compliance, EHS program management, or a related discipline, preferably in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Expertise across OSHA, EPA, GMP/GDP with hands-on program ownership in each.
• Experience managing compliance across multi-site networks with audit program design and regulator interaction.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, practical programs.
• Strong written communication and policy-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own enterprise OSHA, EPA, GMP, GDP, DOT, and local compliance programs across the network.
• Design written programs, SOPs, training requirements, and documentation systems as a single source of truth.
• Lead enterprise audit and inspection readiness, including corrective action tracking and external inspections.
• Develop and maintain regulatory intelligence, dashboards, reporting, and metrics for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Facilities to ensure regulated onboarding and site readiness.
