Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Accounting/Finance/Business/Law/Public Administration).
• Professional designation (CPA, CIA, CFE, CPCM or similar) is considered an asset.
• Minimum 15 years of governance/compliance experience in government contracting or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Government Compliance function across the United States.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FAR, CAS, DFARS and other government contracting requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership to mitigate compliance risks and advance business objectives.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of compliance programs, policies, and controls.
• Direct preparation and submission of regulatory deliverables and support for audits and examinations.
