Job summary

Spectraforce seeks an experienced professional to lead and mature our compliance program across Electric Compliance sub-functions. You will provide strategic and tactical guidance, applying deep knowledge of compliance, risk management, and QA to ensure consistent interpretation and application of maturity standards.

You will collaborate with Electric leaders to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience designing and leading compliance governance models.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into actionable field strategies.
• Executive communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to strengthen and mature the compliance program.
• Develop tools and solutions to support compliance maturity.
• Assess sub-function compliance programs and perform validation activities.
• Prepare executive-ready reports on maturity performance and risks.
• Lead training materials and educate coworkers on compliance management.
