Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Compliance to drive enterprise sustainability and energy certifications across its data center portfolio. You will lead end-to-end plans, manage evidence, and coordinate with External Audit teams to ensure on-time certification through live data center operations.

The role requires a compliance-analyst foundation with experience in controls, findings, and auditors, plus strong written communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a Project Manager leading operational projects end-to-end.
• 3+ years as a Compliance Analyst supporting enterprise or multi-site programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project plans for sustainability and energy compliance initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules for evidence collection and audit windows.
• Serve as the single operational point of contact for External Audit teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder mapping across Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, Facilities, EHS, and Sustainability.
• Track scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control; escalate when needed.
• Ensure projects do not disrupt uptime or change-control standards in live data centers.
• Establish a repeatable evidence repository across sites and audits.
• Prepare executive and steering-committee status updates.
• Drive post-audit remediation and cadence for recertification.
