Based in Arizona with remote work options, this exempt, full-time position supervises staff and aligns program needs with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of compliance-related experience.
• Two years of supervisory or program-lead experience.
• Experience in healthcare or government regulatory environments preferred.

• Lead enterprise compliance program and annual work plan.
• Develop, review, publish and operationalize policies and controls.
• Oversee reporting channels, investigations, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate risk assessments and audit activities with leadership.
• Direct annual compliance training and education plan.
• Establish measures, dashboards, and data quality for compliance.
