Job summary

AHCCCS seeks an Agency Compliance Manager to lead the enterprise compliance program across the agency. The role oversees governance, policy management, investigations, monitoring, corrective actions, training, and audit coordination.

The position supervises compliance staff and advises the Chief Compliance Officer on emerging risks, regulatory requirements, and program enhancements while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability throughout AHCCCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressively responsible compliance
• Two years of supervisory or program-lead experience
• Experience leading or contributing to an enterprise compliance program in healthcare, Medicaid, government, or highly regulated environment
• Experience supervising compliance professionals and partnering with senior/executive leadership
• Experience with compliance monitoring, investigations, corrective action, policy governance, or regulatory/audit coordination
• Relevant professional certifications such as CHC, CCEP, CIA, CFE, or CHPC preferred
