Job summary

Centene Corporation in Arizona is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee all compliance functions for the health plan, including policy development and the timely submission of contract deliverables across lines of business.

You will lead state regulator interactions, coordinate audits with CMS and the Department of Insurance, manage enterprise risk with the ERM team, and drive corrective action plans to ensure federal, state and local requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs including internal and state audits.
• 5+ years health care regulatory agencies in development of compliance and fraud programs; required.
• 5+ years overseeing implementation of contract requirements; required.
• 10+ years compliance/enterprise risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all compliance functions for the health plan including communication and coordination of policy development.
• Oversee accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables across lines of business and service delivery areas.
• Serve as senior leadership and single point of contact in all State compliance meetings and interactions.
• Manage direct correspondence and daily interaction with state regulators.
• Serve as senior leadership in all Department of Insurance and HHSC audit processes.
• Conduct internal compliance audits, write corrective action plans and ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for management and oversight of compliance for all health plan material subcontractors.
• Represent senior management at various state committees, meetings, and seminars.
