Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or procurement.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in strategic sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• International supply chain experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Strong contract negotiation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership concepts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
