Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Enterprise Commodity Agent to manage supplier relationships and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and innovation. You will work with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day purchasing and ensure Marvin’s supply base delivers total value across product collections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field required.
  • 7–10 years experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management with contract experience.
  • Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance for sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development and ongoing relationship management.
  • Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers.
  • Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery and overall value.
  • Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities.

  • 7-10years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skillsincluding contract-related experience
  • Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance is preferred
