HP, Inc. is seeking a Collaboration Presales Engineer to build strategic relationships with key customers, design complex collaboration and UC solutions, and guide enterprise decisions.

You will partner with sales, deliver executive-level demonstrations, and lead integrations between HP endpoints and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. We value 5–10 years in technical sales or presales, strong communication, and a track record in enterprise collaboration.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 5–10 years of work experience in technical selling, presales engineering, or enterprise collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads design of complex, strategic collaboration solutions including UC and video environments.
• Fosters strategic relationships with key customers, advising on modern workplace and collaboration strategies.
• Delivers executive-level presentations and demonstrations to articulate HP's value proposition.
• Develops strategic account plans for high‑profile customers coordinating with sales teams for long‑term growth.
• Leads design and implementation of integrations between HP collaboration endpoints and third‑party or cloud platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Addresses technical challenges related to audio/video quality, device interoperability, and cloud integration.
• Drives initiatives that improve revenue, efficiency, or customer experience in collaboration solutions.
• Identifies risks in complex collaboration architectures and develops mitigation strategies.
• Organizes innovation workshops on modern collaboration use cases.
• Mentors junior team members in HP collaboration products and cloud services.
