Job summary

HP is seeking a senior Enterprise Collaboration Solutions professional to build strategic relationships with key customers and influence decisions around modern workplace and unified communications. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to deliver HP collaboration and video conferencing solutions, while mentoring junior teammates.

The role focuses on designing complex integrations with cloud platforms, addressing quality and interoperability challenges, and driving growth

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or commensurate experience in sales, marketing, business administration, CS, or related discipline.
• Typically 5–10 years in technical selling, consultative selling, presales, account management, or enterprise collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads design of complex, strategic enterprise collaboration and unified communications environments that address unique customer challenges.
• Fosters strategic relationships with key customers, acting as trusted advisor on modern workplace and collaboration strategies.
• Delivers executive-level presentations, articulating value of HP collaboration solutions and devices.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans for high-profile customers to ensure long-term growth.
• Leads integration designs between HP endpoints and third-party/cloud platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Addresses technical challenges around audio/video quality, interoperability, and cloud integration.
