Job summary

OVHcloud US seeks a Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding successful adoption of OVHcloud infrastructure and services. You will align customer goals with OVHcloud solutions, manage delivery milestones, and serve as the primary contact for escalations and governance.

Base pay range is $115,000 - $140,000, depending on experience, with a strong emphasis on customer outcomes and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud operations, migration, and IT transformations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to enterprise accounts across the customer journey.
• Map customer goals to OVHcloud solutions and manage delivery milestones.
• Lead business reviews and drive adoption and expansion of OVHcloud solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
• Provide guidance on best practices and migration strategies.
