Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is seeking an Enterprise Cloud FinOps Lead to own the implementation and ongoing improvement of cloud financial operations. The role focuses on tooling, automation, and governance to manage cloud spend at scale in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

# Enterprise Cloud FinOps LeadLivermoreFinOps150k+16/07/2026OtherHybridFavoriteAccess Job## Job Description# Enterprise Cloud FinOps Lead## About the RoleThe Enterprise Cloud FinOps Lead will own the implementation and ongoing improvement of enterprise Cloud FinOps capabilities within LLNL’s Computing organization, in support of LivIT. The role centers on the tooling, automation, and governance needed to manage cloud spend at scale.You will work closely with finance, engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, service owners, and leadership to translate business and operational needs into practical technical solutions. The work focuses on improving cloud cost visibility, allocation, forecasting, chargeback, and governance across major mission and business areas. This is a hybrid role with one work-from-home day per week, offered as a Career Indefinite position open to both Lab employees and external candidates.
