The ideal candidate has 15+ years in software engineering, 10+ years leading large initiatives, and deep cloud experience, including containerization, CI/CD, and secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or information systems.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years leading technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale cloud systems and modern practices such as containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, and adherence to security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Zelle journey to the cloud and drive best practices and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and external partners on key initiatives.
• Maintain high execution standards, coach team members, and support talent hiring.
• Deliver incremental value to Production and scale enterprise systems.
