Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Distinguished Engineer to own enterprise-scale initiatives across the Zelle platform. You will influence architecture, design, and roadmaps while collaborating with executives and engineering leaders to deliver multi-year projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IT.
15+ years of software engineering experience.
10+ years leading technology initiatives or processes.
5+ years building large-scale cloud systems with containerization, CI/CD, automated tests, and security practices.
Proven technical leadership in large-scale designs, upgrades and releases.
Strong business acumen and leadership skills; mentor and energize teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Zelle journey to the cloud with architectural oversight.
Set engineering best practices for quality, CI/CD, and scalability.
Collaborate with Engineering leadership, Architecture, Security and external partners.
Coach and develop team members; participate in hiring top talent.
Deliver incremental value to Production through phased deployments.
Maintain executive updates on progress and risks.
Ensure security policies and data confidentiality are upheld.
