Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Enterprise/ Solution Architect to join our US team, based in New York, Atlanta, GA, or Chicago, IL. You will shape architecture strategies, guide AI adoption, and align enterprise and affiliate teams across major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include developing reference architectures, enabling modernization efforts, and mentoring delivery teams while participating in governance and architecture councils.

Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise and solution architecture.
Strong Azure Cloud and data governance knowledge.
Experience with AI/GenAI tools and modern DevOps practices.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Architecture CoE operations and governance.
Develop reference architectures and design patterns for Azure and related tech.
Drive alignment between PGIM affiliate architecture teams and Enterprise Architecture.
Contribute to modernization initiatives across Azure, Fabric and Power Platform.
Provide guidance for data platforms including Cosmos DB, Azure SQL and ADLS Gen2.
Mentor teams and lead architectural governance processes.
