Job summary

Vivalink, a leader in digital health, is hiring a Senior Clinical Program Manager to lead its largest enterprise engagements. You will own multi-study delivery, govern relationships with sponsors and CROs, and mentor Delivery Leads.

The role requires strong program management, GCP knowledge, and a track record delivering complex clinical programs. You will interact with cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA/RA, Product, and Operations, shaping delivery standards and ensuring on-time,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical trial delivery, clinical operations, or program/project management.
• Experience governing CRO partners or delivering to sponsors from within a CRO.
• Knowledge of GCP, clinical data flows, and the drug/device development process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs spanning multiple studies.
• Serve as senior delivery relationship owner to enterprise sponsor and CRO leadership; run governance.
• Coordinate and mentor Delivery Leads across the program; ensure gate/handoff discipline.
• Drive process improvement and templatize project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
